The Site Engine© SignStore is a specialized content management system for sign manufacturers. A screen printer making billboards for a commercial realty firm could have orders coming in from different provinces and states. This program allows a manufacurer's agent to go on line, anywhere, and order a sign by type, specify wording, placement, etc. The agent can attach digital pictures, or document files to the requisition. There is even an online sketch pad that can be used for design or installation instructions. The office coordinator checks the requisition, assigns a purchase order. The sign manufacturer administrator receives the requisition, fills it and has the sign installed and invoices the customer online.

Site Engine© Community is designed for associations (commercial, trade, non-profit) with members widespread across the city, province or country. The association determines the content of the web site. Members of the association can be assigned levels of permissions that are coordinated with their assigned identities and passwords. Ordinary members can view pages, make contributions to some pages, place notices, and in general, provide content for the web site. Others in the administration of the association can have wider powers of access and input to the site. The association administrators can modify the site structure, add pages, users, page appearances, etc. There is no limit to page numbers or content.
